Pricing Guide Tiny – Chihuahua, Miniature Pinscher Small – Pug, Boston Terrier, Jack Russell Terrier Medium – Beagle, Corgi, Shiba Inu Pricing is based on your dog's breed, coat type, and overall size—not weight. Long-coated breeds may require an additional $5–$10 depending on coat length and brushing required.

GroomedByNessa Policies 🐾 Pet Safety Your pet's safety is our priority. GroomedByNessa reserves the right to refuse or stop any grooming service if a pet becomes aggressive, overly stressed, or unsafe to groom. Charges apply for services completed. ## ✂️ Matted Coats Severely matted coats may require shaving for your pet's comfort and safety. Shaving may reveal pre-existing skin conditions, irritation, bruising, or sores. GroomedByNessa is not responsible for reactions caused by mat removal. Dematting is limited to 30 minutes, after which the coat may be clipped short. 💲 Pricing Prices are based on your pet's size, breed, coat condition, temperament, and time required. Additional charges may apply for severe matting, excessive shedding, difficult behavior, fleas/ticks, extra brushing, or heavily soiled pets requiring an additional bath. 💉 Health Owners must inform us of any medical conditions, medications, injuries, or behavioral concerns before grooming. We reserve the right to request proof of current vaccinations. ⏰ Appointments Please arrive on time. Pets should be picked up within 2 hours of completion. A $30 daycare fee may apply for late pickups. ❌ Cancellations Please provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations may be charged 50% of the scheduled service. No-shows may be charged 100% of the service. Future appointments may require a deposit after repeated missed appointments. ## 😊 Satisfaction Guarantee If you're not satisfied with your pet's groom, please contact us within 24 hours so we can make reasonable adjustments. Refunds are not provided for completed grooming services. ## 📸 Photos We love showing off our furry clients! Unless requested otherwise, GroomedByNessa may use photos or videos of your pet for social media or promotional purposes. ⚖️ Liability By booking with GroomedByNessa, you acknowledge that grooming carries inherent risks. GroomedByNessa is not responsible for pre-existing medical conditions or issues revealed during grooming. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.
